Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of working on several exciting automotive campaigns for Al Abdulghani Motors, the official distributor of Toyota and Lexus in Qatar, in collaboration with our partners at Memac Ogilvy. Each campaign required a distinct approach—from adventurous off-road scenes to elegant residential settings—all shot and produced by Dow Studios, with final design and artwork by Memac Ogilvy.

Lexus LX700 Hybrid in Zekreet Desert

Set against the raw beauty of the Zekreet Desert, this cinematic video campaign for the Lexus LX700 Hybrid is all about power, presence, and performance. We carefully selected dynamic drone angles, sweeping pans, and sleek tracking shots to capture the vehicle in its element—untamed nature. The end result is a stunning visual narrative that highlights the LX700’s blend of luxury and ruggedness.

Toyota Ramadan Campaign: Desert Adventure in Three Light Moods

This bold campaign for Toyota’s Ramadan season was shot in the Qatari desert to reflect the brand’s off-road heritage. We photographed high-action shots of Toyota vehicles and delivered three light variations for each image: daylight, golden hour, and blue hour. These different moods allow the visuals to adapt seamlessly to various ad formats and campaign timelines.

All lighting variations were achieved through post-production, using Lightroom and Photoshop to retain the action and framing of a single perfect shot.

Lexus Ramadan Keyplan Campaign: Comfort Meets Style

For this shoot, we transformed a luxury villa into a welcoming home setting to showcase the Lexus ES, NX, and RX models. With a dining scene unfolding in the background, subtle Ramadan elements like chandeliers and festive lighting gave the visuals seasonal warmth.

This project was all about lifestyle aesthetics—showcasing the cars in an environment that echoes elegance, family, and comfort, all while promoting Lexus’s special Ramadan payment plans.

Lexus LX700 Ramadan Special

Returning to the desert, this shoot featured the LX700 in an authentic Ramadan desert tent setup. We assembled a large traditional tent, complemented by decorative touches like lanterns and chandeliers to enhance the spiritual theme.

As with the Toyota campaign, the vehicle was captured in three distinct lighting moods, giving flexibility for multi-platform use and season-specific messaging.

Toyota Gold Bar Ramadan Campaign: Simplicity Meets Impact

To visually support Toyota’s special gold bar promotion, we captured product-centric images of the cars with a clean, controlled backdrop. The final visuals—featuring a golden skyline created by Memac Ogilvy—were made possible thanks to our lighting precision and post-production preparation.

Each shot was crafted using flash fills and white screens to minimize reflections and ensure clean lines. We delivered ultra-clean images for maximum flexibility in final artwork execution.

These collaborations with Al Abdulghani Motors and Memac Ogilvy are a testament to what happens when creative direction, technical expertise, and brand storytelling align. From crafting flexible light conditions to building entire environments, each production had its own personality—but always with a shared commitment to quality.
