Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie – A Visual Success Story
When a globally renowned wellness brand like Clinique La Prairie selects you to shape their visual identity in a new market, it’s not just a job—it’s a creative milestone. Known for its deep Swiss heritage and a commitment to cutting-edge longevity treatments, Clinique La Prairie – Longevity Hub entrusted Dow Studios to develop a premium photo and video content library for their new flagship location in Doha, Qatar, situated at the luxurious St. Regis Marsa Arabia Island.
This was a multi-day, multi-format production—and a true collaboration of vision, planning, and execution.
A High-Profile Client With High Expectations
As an international brand, Clinique La Prairie brought with them a clear brief and high expectations. We received a detailed breakdown of brand guidelines, references to previous campaigns, and a strong creative direction that would align with their existing global image while adapting to the local context.
Our task was to create a cohesive visual library—consisting of elegant still imagery and a premium promotional video—that could be deployed across social media platforms, brochures, and the website.
Pre-Production: Setting the Foundation
Dow Studios managed the full pre-production process in-house. This included:
- Breaking down the brief into actionable creative components
- Creating detailed shot lists aligned with brand tone and target demographics
- Selecting professional talents and coordinating wardrobe and makeup
- Developing call sheets and timelines to manage both video and photo workflows
We also conducted a location recce at the spa, identifying key areas that visually supported the brief—from serene treatment rooms to the architectural elegance of the space.
4 Days of Seamless Photo & Video Production
The production phase spanned four full shoot days, where we captured both photo and video simultaneously. While switching between setups can often slow down workflow, our careful pre-planning and experienced crew allowed us to operate efficiently without compromising on quality.
The photography focused on the spa’s atmosphere, technology, and customer experience, while the video brought it all to life in motion—highlighting the rejuvenation journey through fluid camera work and cinematic pacing.
Crafting the Brand Narrative
A major creative challenge was presenting the brand’s advanced wellness technologies in a visually appealing, non-clinical way. We also aimed to avoid spa clichés, steering toward a modern, warm, and aspirational aesthetic—one that speaks to both the scientific credibility and luxurious calm that defines the Clinique La Prairie experience.
The visuals were tailored to attract a younger, sophisticated audience, while staying rooted in the brand’s promise of precision and longevity.
